This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee complete onboarding experiences for new higher education partners.
• Create and implement tailored plans that align with Search subscription features.
• Assist clients in incorporating College Board tools into their admissions and enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams on onboarding milestones, implementation schedules, and early adoption metrics.
• Develop and conduct live, virtual, and in-person training programs targeted at higher education audiences.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and presentations via Zoom and similar platforms.
• Create scalable self-service resources, such as guides, videos, toolkits, and LMS content.
• Utilize instructional design best practices to craft user-focused learning experiences.
• Produce a variety of digital assets, including presentations, guides, and videos.
• Contribute to the development of training content and pathways within an LMS.
• Advocate for customer experience across onboarding, implementation, and training interactions.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance training programs and foster product adoption.
• Collaborate across departments with Product, Go to Market, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Promote the adoption and sustained engagement of higher education partners utilizing College Board products.
• Travel 3–5 times annually to assist with key events and team initiatives.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 3–5+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, training, customer success, or similar positions.
• In-depth knowledge of higher education admissions, enrollment management, and recruitment challenges.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Experience in designing and delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, including webinars.
• Willingness to travel 3–5 times a year.
• Familiarity with CRM and enrollment platforms such as Slate and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Highspot, LearnUpon, or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficient in Zoom Webinars, Slack, SharePoint, Canva, Drupal, and Jira.
• Experience in creating digital learning materials, including video production and editing.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
