This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Head of COHERE in the formulation, implementation, and refinement of the COHERE strategy and operational framework.
• Convert strategic objectives into replicable operational methods throughout BeOne’s portfolio and pipeline.
• Incorporate patient access considerations into study design, strategic feasibility, site strategy, study execution, and enrollment planning.
• Utilize epidemiology, real-world data, patient journey insights, social determinants of health, geographic factors, and site capabilities to pinpoint access challenges and opportunities.
• Create and employ tools, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and decision-support resources.
• Collaborate across functions to promote COHERE priorities.
• Assist in the development and execution of the Diversity Action Plan and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Track enrollment alongside study teams and sites, identify obstacles, and facilitate data-driven adjustments.
• Formulate site-, healthcare institution-, and community-centric strategies for clinical trial education, referral pathways, and patient access.
• Establish and nurture relationships with research sites, healthcare institutions, community organizations, advocacy groups, and external partners.
• Perform analyses of patient journeys, landscapes, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Support COHERE processes, playbooks, governance structures, performance metrics, and best practices.
• Represent COHERE and BeOne at research-site meetings, scientific conferences, industry forums, and community events.
• Oversee assigned projects, workstreams, consultants, vendors, and external collaborators.
• Lead or assist with other strategic initiatives as delegated.
• Potentially mentor team members and assist with individual development plans.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A graduate degree is preferred, such as an MBA, MSc, PhD, MD, and/or MPH.
• Preference for degrees in sociology, medicine, pharmacology, epidemiology, clinical science, or public health.
• At least 8 years of relevant clinical research operations experience.
• Capability to support clinical research patient access, representation, enrollment, and operational strategy.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Feasibility, Site Partnerships, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, and other pertinent functions.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in developing and utilizing tools, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and decision-support resources.
• Competence in managing projects, workstreams, consultants, vendors, and external partners.
• Skill in clearly communicating progress, risks, insights, and recommendations.
• Ability to mentor or assist team members and support individual development plans.
