πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Guide orchestration decisions by considering customer needs, behaviors, care pathways, sites of care, and market dynamics.

β€’ Develop and implement cross-functional engagement strategies while addressing tradeoffs.

β€’ Coordinate integrated omnichannel campaigns across various channels and customer journey moments.

β€’ Utilize next best action frameworks and orchestration logic to organize and prioritize customer interactions.

β€’ Manage audience orchestration requirements and convert strategy into a sequenced cross-channel engagement plan.

β€’ Define and supervise branded, non-branded, and unbranded media strategies.

β€’ Lead media activation and performance monitoring in collaboration with analytics and orchestration teams.

β€’ Utilize global capabilities, standards, and tools for scalable campaign implementation.

β€’ Enhance sequencing and campaign effectiveness based on insights from performance, engagement, and audience experience.

β€’ Monitor KPIs and escalate any risks and issues as necessary.

β€’ Provide constructive feedback to improve enterprise customer experience (CX) and customer orchestration standards.

β€’ Collaborate with brand, medical, analytics, field engagement, market access, enterprise CX, franchise, and functional teams.

β€’ Work alongside US campaign teams to adapt capabilities for EU and international regulatory environments.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.

β€’ Over 8 years of experience in omnichannel campaign orchestration, campaign planning, or related customer experience (CX) functions within a pharmaceutical organization outside of the US market.

β€’ Proficiency in global omnichannel campaign orchestration.

β€’ Ability to convert brand and audience strategies into actionable orchestration requirements, workstreams, and execution plans within a matrixed enterprise setting.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of omnichannel data, including media and campaign analytics.

β€’ Skilled in utilizing audience engagement, performance, and experience data.

β€’ Experience in leveraging enterprise CX platforms, data inputs, and global capability products.

β€’ Proven ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional orchestration initiatives from strategy to execution.

β€’ Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.

β€’ Candidates with experience in rare diseases or specialty brands are preferred.

β€’ Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time is required.
