Associate Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the analytical function from start to finish for a growing embedded business unit focused on product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Identify business challenges, clarify the decisions requiring insight, and question any misleading inquiries.

• Establish metrics, create reports, perform analyses, and design experiments.

• Reveal insights that enhance critical business metrics.

• Provide recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify the current situation, explain the reasons behind it, and suggest actionable next steps.

• Propel decisions and carry out initiatives until they are completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical abilities; capable of independently extracting, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and making an impact.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Analytical expertise in SQL or Python.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently be residing in a location eligible for hiring.

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
