This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist with low-complexity grants, contracts, and various agreements.
• Collaborate with project/program, sales and service teams, and legal to formulate contracts.
• Evaluate contracts and solicitations for adherence to company policies, governmental regulations, specifications, and additional requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with government contracting practices, statutes, regulations, and SRI policies and procedures.
• Act as the main business liaison for vendors, customers, and partners.
• Manage proposal preparation, pre-contract data gathering, and government contract administration.
• Draft and assess nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with both in-house and customer staff across all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Competent in prioritizing tasks, exercising sound judgment, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment, and respond promptly to requests.
• Willingness to travel to SRI or customer locations as required.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or comparable ERP systems is a plus.
• Conditional job offers will be subject to a background check.
