This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Conduct both primary and secondary research as an integral member of project teams.
• Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to produce insights that align with client goals.
• Assist in the structuring and development of client deliverables using PowerPoint and/or Excel.
• Synthesize analysis and convey the narrative clearly and effectively.
• Participate in client meetings and present key components as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, and generate insights.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Conduct interviews with clients' customers, competitors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Public Health, Economics, Business, or a life science-related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in life science consulting.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to conceptualize analysis into structured processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to multitask and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• An advanced degree from a prestigious institution is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in life science consultancy is preferred.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and managing associate/analyst-level responsibilities is preferred.
• A passion for and understanding of the dynamics and issues in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are preferred.
• Significant experience with Excel models and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be necessary.
• Willingness to travel as required for client, stakeholder, or off-site meetings.
• Must be capable of meeting physical demands, including prolonged standing or sitting and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
