Associate Clinical Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Acquire and showcase comprehensive knowledge of Cochlear’s product offerings.

• Skillfully market and highlight the features and advantages of Cochlear products.

• Cultivate and exhibit business insight that aligns with the territory's business plan and strategy.

• Implement territory business plan tasks in collaboration with professional and customer partners.

• Engage in presentations and collaborations with field and corporate teams.

• Develop expertise in clinical, surgical, product, business, and sales aspects of CI and Baha solutions.

• Utilize Audiology and Cochlear technology expertise to foster innovation and support the company’s mission.

• Cover the designated territory with approximately 60% travel required.

• Operate from a remote home office, clinical, or hospital setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Audiology or Au.D degree is required.

• Previous clinical and/or surgical experience is highly preferred.

• Prior experience demonstrating business or sales acumen is strongly preferred.

• Anticipated travel of 60%; must be willing to travel as necessary for territory coverage and/or training.

• Proven skills in prioritization and organization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly effective presentation skills are essential.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Access to a reliable vehicle is necessary.

• Must fulfill all credentialing requirements to gain access to hospitals and surgical centers.

• Candidates must reside in the Austin, San Antonio “West Texas” territory or be willing to relocate within the first 90 days.

• Familiarity with cochlear implant hearing solutions is preferred and expected for this position.
