Associate Clinical Outcomes Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in qualitative research and consulting projects to ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks

• Conduct and evaluate qualitative interviews to extract valuable insights

• Implement established consulting methodologies while contributing to client deliverables

• Work collaboratively with project teams and foster effective relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Aid in project documentation, presentations, and operational tasks

• Assume responsibility for ensuring client assignments are executed and delivered punctually under the guidance of the Project Lead and Technical Subject Matter Experts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline

• 1-2 years of experience in conducting qualitative interviews and performing data analysis

• Proficient in qualitative analysis tools (e.g., Atlas.ti, NVivo)

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, research, or consulting settings is preferred

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial

• Skills in qualitative research and analysis

• Strong client orientation and commitment to quality

• Effective problem-solving abilities and results-focused approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate in teams and work effectively across cultures
