This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Lead the team overseeing ICSR management for designated projects or project groups as Team Leader.

• Ensure proper allocation of tasks for assigned projects and teams, while supervising workflow processes.

• Drive initiatives that promote effective collaboration with clients in ICSR Management.

• Provide assistance to project-team activities conducted on behalf of both clients and the company.

• Line manage designated ICSR staff members.

• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Streamline procedures, training, and other measures to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Recommend process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet information to ensure correctness.

• Participate in ICSR processing and conduct second quality control of cases.

• Act as the assigned team subject matter expert, providing support to other SMEs.

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field, or possess relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Proven track record in a line management role.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
