Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead the team tasked with managing ICSR for designated projects or project groups

• Ensure proper distribution of tasks and supervise workflow processes

• Foster effective collaboration with clients regarding ICSR Management

• Assist in other project team initiatives aimed at benefiting clients and the organization

• Manage assigned ICSR staff directly

• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities

• Enhance procedures, training, and other measures to boost ICSR team productivity

• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead

• Handle ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead

• Examine trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct secondary quality control of cases

• Act as the designated subject matter expert for the team and provide support to other SMEs

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or possess relevant experience in pharmacovigilance

• Comprehensive experience in pharmacovigilance

• Proven experience in a line management position

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask

• Proficient delegation skills

• Effective planning and time-management capabilities

• Technical proficiency

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
