Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead the team managing ICSR for designated projects as the Team Leader.

• Ensure proper distribution of tasks and supervise workflow processes.

• Foster effective collaboration with clients in ICSR Management.

• Assist with other project-team activities undertaken for clients and the organization.

• Line manage the assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Enhance procedures, training, and initiatives to boost ICSR team efficiency.

• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with assistance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure their accuracy.

• Take part in ICSR processing and perform second quality control on cases.

• Serve as the designated team subject-matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, another healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Proven experience in a line management capacity.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Organizational skills, including keen attention to detail and multitasking.

• Skills in delegation.

• Proficiency in planning and time management.

• Technical aptitude.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
