Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the team tasked with ICSR management for designated projects in the role of Team Leader.

• Ensure appropriate distribution of responsibilities across assigned projects and teams.

• Supervise workflow processes.

• Facilitate effective collaboration with clients in ICSR Management.

• Provide assistance to project team activities conducted on behalf of both clients and the company.

• Line manage the designated ICSR staff.

• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost ICSR team productivity.

• Suggest process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases.

• Serve as the assigned team subject matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or possess experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Extensive background in pharmacovigilance.

• Proven experience in a line management position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
