Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Lead the team overseeing ICSR management for designated projects or groups of projects as Team Leader.

• Ensure proper task allocation for assigned projects and teams while supervising workflow processes.

• Foster effective collaboration with clients in ICSR Management.

• Provide assistance to project-team activities executed on behalf of clients and the organization.

• Line-manage designated ICSR personnel.

• Develop and sustain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Streamline procedures, training, and other initiatives to enhance ICSR team productivity.

• Suggest process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversee ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and perform second quality control checks on cases.

• Act as the designated team subject matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or possess experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Proven experience in a line management role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management capabilities.

• Relevant technical skills.
