Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Lead the team tasked with ICSR management for designated projects or project groups in the role of Team Leader.

• Ensure appropriate distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams while supervising workflow processes.

• Facilitate effective collaboration with clients in ICSR Management.

• Provide assistance to other project-team initiatives carried out on behalf of clients and the organization.

• Line manage designated ICSR personnel.

• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other measures to boost ICSR team productivity.

• Suggest process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR discrepancies with guidance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct secondary quality control of cases.

• Act as the assigned team subject matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or any other healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Proven experience in a line management capacity.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management capabilities.

• Technical proficiency.
