Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Lead the team tasked with ICSR management for specific projects or groups of projects as the Team Leader.

• Ensure proper distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams while supervising workflow processes.

• Foster effective collaboration with clients regarding ICSR Management.

• Provide assistance to project team activities conducted on behalf of both clients and the company.

• Line manage the designated ICSR staff.

• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Streamline procedures, deliver training sessions, and implement initiatives to enhance ICSR team efficiency.

• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Handle ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct second quality control of cases.

• Act as the designated team subject matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance, with a proven track record in a line management role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management capabilities.
