Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Lead the team that manages ICSR for designated projects or project groups as Team Leader.

• Ensure appropriate task allocation for the projects and teams assigned.

• Supervise workflow processes.

• Guarantee effective collaboration with clients regarding ICSR Management.

• Offer support for project team activities conducted on behalf of clients and the organization.

• Directly manage assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost ICSR team productivity.

• Recommend process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Handle ICSR deviations with assistance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and perform second-level quality control of cases.

• Serve as the designated team subject matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or possess other healthcare-related qualifications or experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Proven experience in a line management position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Effective planning and time management capabilities.
