Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Integrate into growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decision-making objectives prior to analysis.

• Establish metrics, create reports, perform analyses, and design experiments.

• Uncover data insights that enhance critical business metrics.

• Deliver recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.

• Clarify ongoing situations, their causes, and suggest subsequent actions.

• Propel decisions and see initiatives through to completion.

• Utilize SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Excellent analytical abilities; capable of independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven success in tackling ambiguous problems and generating impactful solutions.

• Effective and persuasive communicator who can sway decisions at the executive level.

• Proficient in SQL or Python.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
