Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Integrate within a fundamental business domain: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business inquiries and the decisions they should guide.

• Establish metrics, develop reports, conduct analyses, and create experiments.

• Highlight data insights that enhance key performance indicators.

• Present recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify the current situation, the reasons behind it, and propose subsequent steps.

• Propel decisions and carry out initiatives through to their conclusion.

• Assist in scaling Jerry from 5 million to 50 million customers and towards a $10 billion enterprise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical abilities; capable of independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and generating impactful results.

• Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proficient in SQL or Python.

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
