Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Integrate within a fundamental business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships

• Oversee the analytical operations for the business unit from start to finish

• Identify the business inquiries and decisions that analyses should focus on

• Challenge flawed business questions

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, and design experiments

• Highlight data insights that enhance key team metrics

• Provide recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams

• Clarify current situations, explain the underlying reasons, and suggest subsequent actions

• Propel decisions and carry out initiatives to completion

⛳️ Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company

• Strong analytical capabilities; ability to extract, organize, and interpret data independently

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results

• Effective and persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the executive level

• Proficient in SQL or Python

• Familiarity with SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
