📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests on new and existing features.

• Derive essential insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Identify, understand, and evaluate levers to enhance profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership expansion.

• Discover opportunities to automate routine processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Perform comprehensive analyses utilizing advanced machine learning models.

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across vital initiatives, including carrier growth and development, as well as building new products from concept to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field (preferred experience).

• Over 1 year of management consulting experience from a reputable firm, or relevant experience in business analysis or operations.

• Proficient in SQL and/or capable of conducting complex data analysis.

• Possess a framework for problem-solving and first-principles thinking.

• Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, from front-line employees to the C-suite.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
