Associate – B.com/BBA/BAF Freshers Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in the Accounts Payables process within a BPO setting

• Utilize accounting expertise and effective communication abilities

• Operate ERP systems, ideally Oracle, along with MS Office

• Generate or present reports

• Work autonomously during US/night shifts

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates only

• 0–1 years of experience in the Accounts Payables process within a BPO environment

• Must possess a degree in Commerce or Accounts

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good analytical capabilities

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Capability to work independently

• Willingness to work during Night Shifts

• Reporting proficiency

• Background in B.Com, BBA, or BAF

• Availability for US shifts
