Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of cases until resolution is achieved

• Prepare clients for their depositions

• Attend depositions

• Invoice for deposition services

• Address client inquiries that necessitate attorney negotiations to facilitate resolution

• Manage incoming emails and phone calls

• Offer guidance and direction to non-attorney staff as required

• Foster a positive workplace environment and lead non-attorneys through example

• Engage in team events during and after work hours

• Provide management with feedback to enhance ALG's service quality for clients

• Report directly to a designated Senior Associate

• Collaborate with paralegals and support personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates MUST hold a California State Bar license

• Applicants must reside in California

• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar

• Newly barred attorneys or those who have taken the February 2026 Bar exam are encouraged to apply

• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

• Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills are essential

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required

• Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
