This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Attorneys are responsible for overseeing the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish.
• This includes all facets of discovery and litigation processes.
• The attorneys collaborate closely with insurance providers, employers, and third-party administrators.
• Participants will develop essential skills and advocacy techniques needed to excel in a practice area that is consistently in high demand for skilled attorneys.
• A Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor degree are required.
• Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
• Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are needed.
• A strong commitment to proactive case management is expected.
• Experience with Merus and/or Litify is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred but not essential.
