This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with IT and business application inquiries.
• Deliver professional, efficient, and effective support to Unit4 clients.
• Resolve support cases and fulfill tasks necessary to assist the customer base.
• Manage issues through to resolution while collaborating with colleagues and R&D.
• Investigate, process, and document application defects.
• Notify the Team Leader of potential escalation risks and coordinate additional resources as needed.
• Address customer escalations and take ownership of complex issues, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Adhere to information security protocols, business procedures, policies, and ISO standards.
• Research, document, and propose process enhancements to the Customer Services Team Leader.
• Recognize opportunities for service improvements or chargeable activities and escalate them through the proper channels.
• Maintain a personal development plan focusing on product/technical and interpersonal skills.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate and assist colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in Swedish (both verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A background in finance/accounting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, workplace processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Outstanding customer-facing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience in finance or with financial software is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Capable of managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Possess a friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capability to operate in a dual working environment.
• Knowledge of a Unit4 ERP module or similar modules is an advantage.
• Familiarity or experience with ServiceNow and ITIL is beneficial.
• Security clearance and background checks may be required upon accepting an offer.
