Associate AI Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines that drive AI models, machine learning processes, and advanced product features.

• Convert extensive and intricate datasets into reliable, high-quality, AI-ready data resources.

• Create ETL/ELT solutions utilizing Python, SQL, AWS, and contemporary data engineering methodologies.

• Enhance data quality, monitoring, governance, and dependability across various data platforms.

• Play a role in AI projects including dataset versioning, labeling workflows, and AI-driven automation.

• Work collaboratively with AI engineers, software developers, and product teams to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Investigate new technologies and assist in the evolution of platforms that support Ideagen's AI strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or data integration solutions.

• Proficient in Python and SQL.

• Capable of developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing data workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, or Athena.

• Knowledge of data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance principles.

• A keen interest or experience in AI, machine learning, MLOps, or large language models is a plus.

• Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic AI environment.
