Associate Agent – 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Examine identity documents for both administrative and legal precision

• Conduct quality assessments on images submitted by customers

• Determine the authenticity of documents and identify any fraudulent ones

• Verify the correctness of information already stored in the system

• Extract data from documents and enter it into the system

• Categorize different types of documents

• Recognize essential security features present in documents

• Operate remotely from a home office, reviewing Proof of Identity documentation and real-time images

• Adhere to various service level agreements within strict deadlines

• Produce high-quality work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in IT with strong technical skills

• Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy

• Capable of working towards specific targets and performance indicators

• Comfortable with frequent updates to procedures

• Clean criminal record (DBS check) and a clear credit history (e.g., no CCJ or bankruptcy)

• Authorized to work in the Netherlands

• Three professional or academic references

• Availability during weekends, evenings, and bank holidays

• Flexible with early, afternoon, and late shift hours

• Willingness to work 8-hour rotating shifts
