
Associate Aesthetics Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Assist in executing territory sales strategies and initiatives to meet established sales goals and business objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects through networking, referrals, and various sales activities.
• Recognize local market opportunities, customer requirements, and business challenges.
• Conduct customer visits and ensure regular communication with accounts.
• Present and inform customers about the company's products, services, features, advantages, and applications.
• Suggest appropriate product solutions with support from sales leadership.
• Assist in customer onboarding and continuous account growth.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, and services.
• Spot opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
• Monitor territory activities, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
• Report territory activities, opportunities, challenges, and progress to sales leadership.
• Work collaboratively with sales leadership, customer service, operations, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Partner with seasoned sales representatives to understand territory management and sales tactics.
• Engage in product training, sales meetings, industry events, conferences, and customer education.
• Cultivate knowledge of the aesthetics industry, market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Stay updated on product information, industry advancements, and competitive activities.
• Enhance product knowledge, consultative selling, presentation, and territory management skills.
• Maintain awareness of FDA, AATB, ISO, cGMP/CGTP, and other regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes.
• Execute additional duties as required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management or a related field is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Successful clearance of a background investigation is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven skill in articulating the unique features of services and products.
• Knowledge of how to create client-focused, differentiated, and realistic solutions.
• Sales planning expertise.
• Relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Proficiency in managing profitability.
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and operating procedures.
• Acceptable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours on weekdays or weekends with reasonable notice.
