This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Provide support to the sales team within a designated geographic area to cultivate new accounts and enhance product utilization among current customers.
• Aid in case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and ensure the compliant closure of outstanding purchase orders.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers across various care sites through education, demonstrations, and responsive support.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports on sales activities, inventory levels, and territory forecasts.
• Collaborate across departments to meet business goals.
• Promote the Acera product range and clinically validated wound care solutions within Solventum’s Medical Surgical Division.
• Be prepared to travel domestically for up to 80%-90% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales.
• A current and valid Driver’s License is required.
• A personal vehicle is necessary for company-related travel.
• A successful review of the pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) is mandatory.
• Must maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance standards, and annual policy review.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status is essential.
• May be required to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Previous experience in surgical or biologics environments is preferred.
• Capability to manage field-based time and prioritization effectively.
• Proficient in clear and professional communication with clinicians and surgical personnel.
• Experience in patient care environments such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
