This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share by identifying targeted commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities within the designated territory.
• Contribute to the minimal to moderate growth of sales in existing accounts within the assigned territory, with supervision transitioning from high to moderate.
• Ensure a high level of customer and patient satisfaction by delivering the necessary service and attention to accounts.
• Discover new market opportunities, implement marketing initiatives, and develop sales plans to penetrate healthcare entities within the assigned territory.
• Cultivate skills to independently market and sell the Company’s products and tissues by engaging with established customers and nurturing new prospects.
• Choose presentation materials from company-approved resources and support both large-group and individual customer and prospect presentations on company products and their applications.
• Aid in resolving customer reimbursement challenges within established policies and guidelines.
• BS/BA in a relevant discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field with 1-3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• OR MS/MA with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Preferred: 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations and building relationships that drive the organization’s growth.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Capability to interact with all levels of management, both internal and external, as well as customers.
• Ability to persuade others to achieve desired outcomes using tenacity and diplomacy.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with capabilities in strategic and technical analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze markets, formulate sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of sales achievements and recognitions.
• Successful track record of reaching sales goals and driving revenue growth, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic selling and market analysis.
• Ability to build a moderate-sized network of relationships with healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, clinicians, program directors, etc.).
• Must comply with customer-site credentialing and registration requirements, including up-to-date vaccinations.
• Must be willing to travel locally and/or long distances within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
