This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share.
• Identify specific commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and other related entities within the designated territory.
• Independently market and sell the Company’s products and tissues.
• Engage with established clients and cultivate new prospects.
• Contribute to the sales growth of existing accounts in the assigned territory under supervision.
• Ensure customer and patient satisfaction through effective account service.
• Discover new market opportunities, implement marketing strategies, and create sales plans.
• Assist in selecting presentation content and delivering group and individual presentations on company products and their applications.
• Aid in resolving customer reimbursement challenges while adhering to established policies and guidelines.
• Operate at customer/clinical sites and/or from the home office.
• Travel locally and/or long distances within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant area with 1-3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a related discipline.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Preferably, 3-4 years of experience within the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in high-growth organizations and relationship-building that contributed to the organization’s expansion.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to interact with all levels of management, both internal and external, as well as customers.
• Ability to influence others with tenacity and diplomacy.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, strategic, technical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to analyze markets, devise sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of achieving sales results and receiving recognitions.
• Successful record of meeting sales targets and driving top-line growth.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to establish a moderate-sized network of healthcare providers.
• Up-to-date vaccinations are required for customer-site credentialing and registration.
