Assistant Vice President – Provider Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance for the division’s Provider Recruitment team, ensuring that LifePoint metrics and objectives are achieved.

• Evaluate, enhance, and implement best practices for recruiting and retaining providers within LifePoint markets.

• Supervise essential recruitments for the division and prioritize the tasks of the recruitment team.

• Collaborate with corporate and hospital leadership as well as recruitment teams to execute effective provider recruitment and retention strategies.

• Formulate and implement provider recruitment strategies aligned with divisional priorities.

• Manage and mentor Sourcing Specialists and Recruiters.

• Educate and train the recruitment team on a seamless recruitment process, which includes financial negotiations and closing procedures.

• Work together on balanced provider recruitment strategies to enhance market competitiveness and retention.

• Develop, analyze, and provide insights on national recruiting and retention trends.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
