• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Create project schedules, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
• Track project development and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Evaluate and verify structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Offer technical advice and solutions for intricate structural engineering issues.
• Assess value engineering proposals to enhance project cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Supervise structural construction operations at project sites.
• Perform site inspections and address technical challenges during project implementation.
• Work with site teams to uphold quality and safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and governmental bodies.
• Engage in project review meetings and prepare technical progress documentation.
• Assist project managers with decision-making and stakeholder communication.
• Guide junior engineers and site teams on engineering best practices.
• Conduct technical audits and inspections.
• Aid in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 13-15 years of applicable experience in structural design, project management, and construction oversight.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of RCC, Steel Structures, Precast Structures, and Foundation Systems.
• Familiarity with seismic design principles and structural analysis techniques.
• Adherence to relevant IS Codes, NBC guidelines, international standards, and project specifications.
• Capability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in monitoring quality, safety, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance.
