This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Assist Project Managers with the quoting, execution, and closeout phases of Load Bank projects.
β’ Offer technical support to both the sales and operations teams.
β’ Facilitate information management and resource coordination to achieve project objectives.
β’ Participate in project and PMO meetings, capturing discussions and action items.
β’ Evaluate RFQs, project solution designs, schedules, drawings, proposals, and reports.
β’ Provide support for level 1 and 2 service requests.
β’ Manage project data within the ERP system and keep PMO project trackers updated.
β’ Submit profitability analyses and requests for leadership approvals.
β’ Create and oversee Order Prep Sheets, Pickup Notes, purchase orders, project folders, and templates.
β’ Assist in managing project budgets, change orders, logistics, freight deliveries, pickups, and coordination with third-party drivers.
β’ Conduct site walks and regular site visits.
β’ Evaluate equipment requirements and recommend alternative equipment solutions.
β’ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, deadlines, submittals, requirements, and deliverables.
β’ Support customer communications and relay project information to OAA, OSR, and technicians.
β’ Aid in billing documentation, PMO monitoring/reporting tools, and fleet resource planning.
β’ Provide cross-training and coverage support as needed.
β’ Engage in safety, quality, continuous improvement, and special projects.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Minimum of five years of experience in the power distribution/generation sector, specifically with Load banks, power distribution, and power generation equipment.
β’ Formal Electrical Training is required.
β’ PM Certification is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated technical aptitude with a willingness and ability to learn business applications and fleet capabilities.
β’ Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office suite.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Capability to travel overnight approximately 5% of the time.
β’ Must successfully pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screenings.
