This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide project support under close supervision.
• Plan, organize, and apply project management methodologies.
• Work primarily at a desk, with occasional fieldwork on active construction sites.
• Assist in projects related to roads, airports, mass excavation, and shoreline protection.
• Address both internal and external customer requirements.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve project deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 0–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license for the types of vehicles operated, along with a satisfactory driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Skill in meeting deadlines and proactively addressing internal and external customer needs.
• Openness to travel; some travel is mandatory.
• Capacity to work at a desk and occasionally in the field on active construction sites.
