Assistant Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Support Project Managers in the development and construction of utility-scale solar installations.

• Aid in managing project execution, which includes schedule oversight, financial forecasting, compliance with prime contracts, progress tracking, and fostering relationships with customers and the community.

• Keep project documentation organized for contract administration, timelines, and budgets.

• Convey project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.

• Oversee project scope, pinpoint critical variables, and craft contingency plans.

• Assist in delivering timely project updates to both internal teams and external clients.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.

• Cultivate customer relationships and recognize strategic opportunities for enduring, mutually advantageous partnerships.

• Support the execution of complete turnkey PV and BESS plants, including collection substations and generation transmission lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects, or a background as a Project Manager.

• Familiarity with the language of prime contracts and subcontracts.

• Experience in cost estimation, scheduling, evaluating project requirements, scoping, and/or customer interaction.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.

• Preferred experience in EPC for solar, wind, BESS, conventional power, or industrial projects.
