Assistant Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of all stages of a project, encompassing planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, move management, and occupancy.

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines.

• Interpret and comprehend project documentation, such as agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, drawings, and meeting notes.

• Foster and sustain a client-centric approach through performance objectives, deliverables, reports, and value-added services.

• Create meeting minutes and project update reports.

• Handle purchase order processing.

• Revise tracking reports and maintain records for due diligence and financial matters.

• Source and oversee local architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and specialized vendors.

• Ensure all project stakeholders comprehend project objectives, assumptions, limitations, and deliverables.

• Deliver exceptional client service to both internal and external clients.

• May assume complete ownership and accountability for smaller, less complex projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position is required.

• Developing project management abilities with an understanding of project management practices.

• Capable of establishing excellent client relationships along with client management and consultation skills.

• Highly organized with strong research, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Strong skills in prioritization and problem-solving.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Competent in preparing, tracking, and managing project scopes, costs, and schedules.

• Familiarity with architectural/engineering drawings, space planning concepts, furniture systems, ancillary products, and technical systems.

• Proficient in software: Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
