This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist Merchandisers in implementing client programs across e-commerce platforms, catalogs, and promotional activities.
• Utilize SAGE and ESP platforms to source products, identifying compliant suppliers, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), decoration options, and production schedules.
• Request and verify accurate net cost quotes from suppliers based on specifications and Preferred Supplier Agreements.
• Submit Program Product Registration documents and secure Supplier Program IDs.
• Develop and manage Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for SKU configuration and production processes.
• Provide support for IMDL updates and phase-out requests.
• Review IMDL for completeness and precision prior to transferring to the PDM team.
• Order and monitor product samples, ensuring confirmation of sample fees and accuracy of products.
• Evaluate incoming products against approved proofs and escalate any discrepancies.
• Request, track, and validate e-commerce assets, such as product descriptions, size charts, and web-ready images.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint presentation decks by gathering product descriptions, pricing summaries, and product information.
• Organize documentation within program-specific directories.
• Coordinate tasks with shared services teams and ensure thorough completion.
• Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, remain adaptable, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or product support roles.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is advantageous.
• Required experience using SAGE and/or ESP sourcing platforms.
• Basic understanding of handling product images, including resizing, file organization, and applying simple logo drop renderings.
• Ability to participate in internal and client meetings, accurately capture notes, and document clear action items.
