📋 Description

• Engage in solution design and requirement analysis for OBDX projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical viability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and test OBDX solutions, promoting efficient and effective delivery.

• Provide production support for OBDX solutions, resolving issues and ensuring system uptime and performance.

• Assist team members and coordinate project activities, cultivating a collaborative and accountable work environment.

• Drive ongoing process enhancements, identifying and executing initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

• Maintain robust relationships with business stakeholders, comprehending their needs and translating them into technical specifications.

• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to the innovation and modernization of OBDX solutions.

• Document and convey project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting their professional development and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a solid background in banking and financial services.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) platform and its features.

• Demonstrated experience in solution design, requirement analysis, and implementation of banking applications.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the aptitude to coordinate and deliver projects punctually and within budget.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders.

• Analytical and problem-solving expertise, with a history of identifying and addressing complex issues.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices is preferred.

• Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
