This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Oversee the entire onboarding process of retail products for direct offshore operations.
• Manage and supervise the end-to-end processing of Personal Loans and Cards applications, which includes underwriting, CPV, and disbursal processes.
• Examine cases to verify compliance with product parameters and policy criteria.
• Ensure applications adhere to SLA, established turnaround times, and accuracy standards.
• Monitor and report monthly exceptions to relevant stakeholders while adhering to escalation procedures.
• Uphold high-quality standards throughout the entire onboarding process.
• Ensure that necessary controls, risk factors, and procedures are consistently maintained.
• Foster positive working relationships across various sections, divisions, and both onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage Management Information Systems (MIS) and provide weekly/monthly reports to key business stakeholders.
• Track daily SLA performance, conduct reviews, perform spot checks, and maintain team discipline.
• Lead and develop the team, enhance processes and productivity, and cultivate leadership skills.
• Analyze daily rejects/referrals and improve outcomes through training and continuous development.
• Mitigate risks through exception reporting and application reviews.
• Collaborate with unit managers, business partners, and Risk teams for effective capacity planning.
• Encourage staff involvement and contributions towards enhancing service quality.
• Initiate and monitor projects aimed at improving quality and productivity/workflow.
• Escalate exceptional situations and report on corrective and preventive actions taken.
• Achieve satisfactory results in group and internal audits.
• Act as the representative for the CIC unit in communications with Risk Management, area managers, overseas branches, and RBG business stakeholders.
• Engage in process and product enhancements while driving initiatives forward.
• Resolve complex operational, service, and control challenges.
• Make decisions regarding irregular operational cases and effectively allocate/prioritize work and resources.
• High level of maturity coupled with strong communication skills.
• Solid managerial and interpersonal abilities with experience in supervising teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of credit policies and a solid understanding of relevant systems.
• Extensive knowledge of procedures related to cards data entry and CPV processes.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail products onboarding setting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in a similar role for at least 2-3 years is required.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, commitment to results, customer-centric approach, strong interpersonal relationships, adaptability, and a level of innovation at Level 3.
