Assistant Manager, Player Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand the VIP team in a fiercely competitive marketplace.

• Oversee a group of VIP Hosts.

• Generate revenue and key metrics through strategic sales initiatives.

• Enhance service quality for both new and existing customers.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to realize the company's vision and provide the best possible player experience.

• Propel VIP sales metrics, customer engagement, market share, and net revenue while nurturing and improving customer relationships.

• Contribute to initiatives focused on process and compliance that enhance operations, efficiency, and service quality.

• Mentor team members to boost performance.

• Collaborate with Analytics teams to track reinvestment programs, including comps and earned or reward incentives.

• Create and execute sales training programs for the VIP team.

• Engage in escalations and work alongside customers and internal teams to ensure prompt resolutions.

• Lead a high-performing team through coaching, actionable feedback, and a solutions-driven approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 4 years in Marketing and Sales, particularly in relationship building, retention, and growth.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a sales team with effective communication, coaching, and performance management skills.

• A strong passion for enhancing player experience, problem-solving, and fostering positivity within the team.

• Proven track record in recognizing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and boost revenues while managing expenses.

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining the necessary State Gaming Licenses.

• May need to secure a gaming license issued by the relevant state agency as a prerequisite for employment.
