This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of around nine sales professionals.
• Enhance sales performance through comprehensive data analysis, pipeline management, and process optimization.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at boosting performance, accountability, and career development.
• Evaluate sales performance against budgets, KPIs, and activity metrics to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversee and manage CRM sales activities, including quotes, opportunities, pipeline health, assigned leads, inbound leads, and follow-up from trade shows.
• Execute call reviews and live coaching sessions to elevate sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Formulate performance improvement plans for team members who are not meeting expectations.
• Design structured onboarding and success strategies for new team members.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes, CRM standards, and lead management protocols.
• Leverage data and reporting to identify business trends and optimize seasonal sales opportunities.
• Compile and present weekly performance summaries, KPI reports, and strategic recommendations to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in creating training materials, sales tools, best practices, onboarding resources, and sales playbooks.
• Propose and implement process enhancements across the Commercial Sales team.
• Contribute to company initiatives, cross-functional collaborations, special projects, reporting initiatives, and business development activities.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership/coaching experience is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of sales experience is necessary.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of PivotTables.
• Intermediate skills in PowerPoint are required.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is necessary.
• Capability to compile, organize, and utilize data for planning and effectiveness is required.
• Ability to operate office equipment and maintain accurate records is essential.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
