Assistant, Digital Styling & Selling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the designated stylist to gain insights into client preferences, curate looks, and enhance exceptional client experiences.

• Oversee client service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.

• Keep meticulous client records that include sizes, preferences, and purchase history.

• Identify high-demand and trend-forward items by liaising with stores, buyers, and inventory systems.

• Create and manage assets that showcase top-selling, trending, and seasonal items.

• Monitor new arrivals and analyze performance data.

• Design and distribute styled lookbooks, pin-attributed looks, Instagram content, and product roundups.

• Handle Instagram content scheduling, link tracking, click performance, and conversion analytics.

• Develop and refine outreach tools to enhance client engagement.

• Supervise returns, order tracking, alterations, and POS management.

• Manage order fulfillment processes, delivery coordination, and vendor relationships.

• Take charge of scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for virtual styling appointments.

• Partner with the Styling Assistant and Operational Assistant to support the leading stylist.

• Coordinate tasks to optimize efficiency, client satisfaction, and stylist productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Some background in retail, fashion, or styling is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic retail or digital sales environment.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proficient with social media platforms and digital content creation.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and other digital tools.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

• Experience in both physical retail and digital environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with competitive styling programs is a plus.
