This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the organization and distribution of project documents, plan sets, and specifications both onsite and via Procore.
• Assist with the control of inventory for instrumentation, valves, and equipment.
• Support onsite Construction Managers (CMs) in organizing the jobsite trailer and daily operations.
• Facilitate coordination and scheduling among projects and contractors across multiple sites.
• Aid site CMs and Project Managers (PMs) in ensuring overall quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
• Input daily reports and photos into Procore.
• Manage the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs) and construction submittals, ensuring timely responses are tracked.
• Participate in project meetings, creating and distributing meeting notes.
• Collect relevant information and issue change orders to subcontractors and client representatives.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and communicating effectively with subcontractors.
• Provide project status updates to management.
• Distribute bid packages to vendors and subcontractors.
• Evaluate proposals to assist in the selection of bidders.
• Monitor the progress of vendors and subcontractors.
• Aid in the procurement of necessary city, county, or state permits.
• Assist with tracking budgets and planning activities.
• Foster positive relationships with all business partners.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support construction operations.
• Carry out additional jobsite responsibilities as required.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least five (5) years of project experience in construction, preferably in energy, renewable natural gas, power generation, or industrial sectors.
• Proficient in advanced computer applications (Microsoft), including Project Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
• Experience in developing project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Proven capability to collaborate as part of a team and respond quickly with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and work alongside multi-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, equipment vendors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong verbal, written, computer, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to grow, learn, and acquire new skills.
• Valid Driver's License issued by the state of residence and in good standing.
• Procore experience is preferred.
