This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the organization and distribution of project documents, plan sets, and specifications both onsite and within Procore.
• Support inventory management of instrumentation, valves, and equipment.
• Maintain material logs and document the receipt and inspection of items delivered to the site.
• Aid onsite Construction Managers with the organization of jobsite trailers, daily operations, and coordination and scheduling with contractors and projects.
• Travel to various project locations as required to provide assistance across multiple assignments.
• Collaborate with site Construction Managers and Project Managers to ensure quality assurance and quality control.
• Input daily reports and photographs into Procore.
• Manage the processing of RFIs and ensure timely follow-up on responses.
• Handle construction submittals and track review comments.
• Attend project meetings and prepare as well as distribute meeting notes.
• Collect information and draft change orders for subcontractors and client representatives.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
• Provide project status updates to Managers.
• Issue bid packages to vendors and subcontractors for pricing and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate proposals and assist in the selection of bidders.
• Monitor vendor and subcontractor progress.
• Support the procurement of city, county, and state permits.
• Help with budget tracking and planning.
• Cultivate positive business relationships with project stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as required on the jobsite.
• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction projects, ideally in energy, renewable natural gas, power generation, or industrial sectors.
• Proficient in advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
• Experience in developing project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Capability to collaborate within a team and respond promptly with limited supervision.
• Ability to engage and work effectively with multifunctional teams, including contractors, engineers, equipment suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong verbal, written, computer, and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to grow, learn, and acquire new skills.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence, in good standing.
