This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the organization and distribution of project documents, plan sets, and specifications both onsite and within Procore.

• Aid in the management of inventory for instrumentation, valves, and equipment.

• Keep inventory logs current and document the receipt and inspection of materials.

• Support onsite Construction Managers in organizing the jobsite trailer and managing daily tasks.

• Facilitate coordination and scheduling among projects and contractors across multiple sites.

• Assist Site Construction Managers and Project Managers with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).

• Record daily reports and upload photos in Procore.

• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely follow-ups on responses.

• Handle construction submittals and follow up on review feedback.

• Participate in project meetings and generate/distribute meeting notes.

• Collect information and issue change orders to subcontractors and client representatives.

• Maintain and communicate project schedules with subcontractors.

• Prepare bid packages for vendors and subcontractors.

• Evaluate proposals and assist in the selection of bidders.

• Monitor vendor and subcontractor progress.

• Support the procurement of permits from city, county, and state authorities.

• Assist in tracking and planning project budgets.

• Cultivate positive business relationships with all project stakeholders.

• Travel to project sites as needed to support construction operations.

• Perform additional jobsite duties as required.

• Provide updates on project status and communication to Managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least five (5) years of experience in construction project management, preferably in energy, renewable natural gas, power generation, or industrial sectors.

• Proficient in advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.

• Experience in creating project schedules using Microsoft Project.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and respond promptly with minimal supervision.

• Capacity to interact with multifunctional teams, including contractors, engineers, equipment suppliers, customers, and regulators.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills, along with computer proficiency.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and acquire new skills.

• Valid driver's license from the state of residence, in good standing.

• Experience with Procore is preferred.
