This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for administrative tasks and projects to delivery and client-facing teams throughout the organization.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Coordinate meetings, document notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Keep project files, trackers, and shared resources organized and accurate.

• Assist in the formatting and preparation of documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and client deliverables.

• Gather, input, organize, and verify data for internal projects and client assignments.

• Conduct basic research utilizing public and proprietary insurance resources.

• Review documents and data for inaccuracies, formatting problems, and overall completeness.

• Engage in structured learning opportunities across various departments.

• Take on more complex assignments progressively with guidance and feedback.

• Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify strengths and interests, aiding in the development of a tailored growth path.

• Share insights and suggestions for enhancing processes, templates, and tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred.

• 0–2 years of professional experience; internships, part-time positions, or relevant coursework are encouraged.

• A keen interest in insurance, finance, regulation, analytics, or consulting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to manage requests from multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Adaptability and comfort in transitioning between various teams, tasks, and types of work.

• A proactive, coachable attitude; capable of asking insightful questions, accepting feedback, and seeking ways to contribute.

• Reliability and discretion in managing confidential client and company information.
