Assistant Account Executive, Market Access Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute projects aimed at promoting and ensuring the success and profitability of client deliverables.

• Assist client services by managing projects and collaborating with Project Management to create timelines, communicate achievements, and pinpoint project red flags.

• Oversee daily project operations by managing the project scope, addressing scope changes, and mitigating potential roadblocks according to timelines and budgets.

• Organize and engage in content planning meetings with key content specialists.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, prepare client contact reports, and outline next steps.

• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to guarantee that promotional materials comply with medical, regulatory, and legal standards.

• Contribute to client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; monitor budgets, direct costs, and labor expenses; identify out-of-scope items and hours.

• Support the preparation of financial and forecasting reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or advertising.

• Relevant internship and/or at least one year of practical experience in advertising, marketing, or a medical/health communications agency, including responsibilities in Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with direct client interactions.

• Preferred hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva).

• Preferred experience in medical communications or the healthcare industry.

• Preferred experience in writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs.
