Asset Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee optimal property management procedures and comprehensive asset accountability.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards, precise lifecycle monitoring, and documentation that is ready for audits.

• Implement and uphold asset management best practices.

• Assist with installed assets, ensuring proper markings, tagging, and unique identification records are documented.

• Facilitate the management of hardware, software, and licenses within the TENM framework.

• Maintain IUID tags and upload relevant records into PIEE.

• Manage contractor-held property from the point of receipt until formal relief of responsibility is granted.

• Conduct internal assessments, reviews, surveillances, and audits.

• Monitor government, fixed, non-capitalized, and leased assets from acquisition to disposal.

• Generate contractual, governmental, and internal reporting on asset management.

• Carry out monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.

• Contribute to the client’s mission through diligent asset management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Must possess an active Secret Clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Must live within a 50-mile radius of a major airport.

• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

• Proficient in accountability, management processes, and reporting methodologies.

• Experience in asset management, property management, lifecycle tracking, auditing, inventories, government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets.

• Familiarity with hardware, software, warranty tracking, licenses, IUID tags, TENM, and PIEE is essential.
