This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide scientific leadership for the implementation of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA), ensuring accurate translation of endpoint scales into digital platforms according to protocol and scoring specifications.
• Spearhead the development and evaluation of eCOA specifications in collaboration with vendors.
• Take ownership of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, including the creation and review of test scripts.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of UAT and address any issues to ensure system delivery and study readiness.
• Direct the global licensing and copyright strategy.
• Guarantee that scale selection, version control, and implementation are in line with protocol-defined endpoints.
• Supervise the translation strategy and vendor performance.
• Promote consistency among source scales, translations, and the implementations of eCOA/eCRF.
• Create and implement rater training programs.
• Establish rater qualification standards and assist in selecting study-ready site personnel.
• Develop and launch training and certification initiatives.
• Assess rater performance and lead specific remediation efforts.
• A graduate degree (e.g., MA/MS) in psychology, behavioral sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with psychiatric and neuropsychiatric assessments, including patient-reported outcome measures.
• Prior experience rating psychiatric and/or neuropsychiatric assessments is preferred.
• Background in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to inform, influence, persuade, and convince others.
• Robust presentation skills with experience in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 20%).
