This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing App Store Optimization for the Lotto Scanner app across both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Performing keyword research and consistently enhancing app listings for the App Store and Google Play.
• Developing and regularly updating titles, subtitles, keyword fields, and descriptions tailored for each market.
• Coordinating with the Creative team to brief and test visual store assets, including icons, screenshots, and preview videos.
• Optimizing conversion rates through Apple Custom Product Pages and Google Play Store Listing Experiments.
• Monitoring and strategically managing user ratings and reviews.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis within the ASO domain.
• Collaborating with Performance/UA, Content & SEO, Creative, and Localization teams.
• Tracking and reporting on all store KPIs in accordance with Germany’s State Treaty on Gambling (GlüStV).
• Enhancing organic installs and improving keyword rankings.
• Developing an ASO testing engine for store listing experiments and A/B tests.
• Managing and continuously refining the keyword and metadata strategy for each market.
• Sharing insights with UA and Creative teams.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) for consumer mobile applications.
• Proficiency in using App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Experienced with popular ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai, or MobileAction.
• Practical experience with store experiments, including Apple Custom Product Pages and Google Play Store Listing Experiments.
• Familiarity with analyzing store metrics as well as data from GA4 and MMPs.
• Fluent in business-level English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in ASO/app growth for B2C mobile applications.
• Experience in mobile-first, install-driven business models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment, SEO, multi-market localization, visual store assets, and paid UA are considered valuable bonuses.
• A data-driven, experimental, detail-oriented, and self-directed approach to work.
